This information includes the name, address, professional designation, phone number, email, and course history.  Payment transaction data are retained by our credit card processing vendor and transactions are protected with up to 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer encryption.  

We do not share data with any organization other than NASBA, State Boards (if audited), or our credit card vendor.  If our privacy policy is revised, changes will be communicated via US mail.  Personal data can be corrected/updated via our website by logging into your “my account” page on our website or by contacting a company representative at 1-855-255-2466. Likewise, any concerns about data misuse can be discussed with a company representative at 1-855-255-2466.

Customers have the right to opt out of receiving company marketing messages via all or any of the following means: email, phone, fax, or U.S. mail.  Unsubscribe options are present in email communications delivered by our email marketing provider, while all other opt-out requests can be communicated via email at [email protected] or phone at 1-855-255-2466.
