Will your live seminar and webinar credits count in my state? McDevitt and Kline, LLC is an approved continuing professional education sponsor by the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA CPE Provider ID #109390: Group-Live and Group Internet-Based Formats).  McDevitt & Kline, LLC is also an approved continuing professional education (CPE) sponsor for public accountants and certified public accountants in the states of Pennsylvania (PA CPE Provider # PX177627) and Texas (TX CPE Provider # 010281). State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. As such, we suggest that you click on the following link to see if your state is one of the many states that recognize NASBA approved providers.

Will your self-study CPE or distance learning CLE credits count in my state?  McDevitt & Kline, LLC is also an approved continuing professional education (CPE) sponsor for public accountants and certified public accountants in the state of Pennsylvania (PA CPE Provider # PX177627).  In addition, we are an accredited provider of CLE in PA (PA CLE Provider # 5963).  As such, CPAs and attorneys in the state of Pennsylvania can earn self-study and distance learning credits through our on-demand, interactive self-study course offerings.

Where are the live events held? Most of our live seminars are held at Temple University's Fort Washington, PA or Center City campuses.

I purchased a seminar/webinar, when do I get the course files and/or instructions? You'll get an order confirmation email following your purchase and approximately 24 hours prior to your event, you will receive an instructions email providing the live event address or detailing the webinar process (virtual room access, course files, and evaluation form). 

When will I receive my certificate of completion? You will get an electronic certificate of completion via email within 7 days of the event.

Do I need to report my PA CLE credits? No, accredited providers with the PACLE Board are required to report the credits on your behalf. 

What's your cancellation policy? We provide a 100% refund (or we apply to a future course of the customer’s choice) in the event that participants cancel their registration more that 24 hours in advance of the scheduled course. If notice is not provided, we have the right to charge a $50 cancellation fee to cover costs associated with a participant’s registration (breakfast, lunch, and vacant seat).

Would McDevitt & Kline, LLC design a custom, in-house learning program for our firm? Yes, we have a network of presenters and firms who could build custom content.

Would McDevitt & Kline, LLC consider joint ventures? Yes, we have co-sponsored events with firms who want to offer continuing education credits, but don’t have the licensing. In addition, we offer special deals to associations and their members.
