The maze of local, state and national laws that govern the election of public officials gets more complicated each year. Our excellent faculty is comprised of experts from both the government and private sectors, offering a balanced view of Pennsylvania’s election process for local, state and federal offices from both sides of the regulatory fence. Update your knowledge of case law and applicable statutes as you take part in a discussion of the most current issues in election law.
