Family Law 101 is an introductory level course designed to provide CPAs and attorneys with a broad understanding of the key areas of family law.
Family Law 101
Key areas include divorce, custody, child support, spousal support, alimony, division of property and protection from abuse. The inter-relationship between these areas will be discussed and real life examples will be used to illustrate these topics. You will leave with a working understanding of the terminology and interplay between these areas and will be able to provide your clients with direction when their family law issues arise.

Philadelphia family law attorney Lee A. Schwartz, Esquire, has been serving clients in the Greater Philadelphia area since 1981. Mr. Schwartz’s practice is dedicated to people with divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, protection from abuse, division of property, and other family law issues. He earned a law degree from Widener University and a B.S. from the University of Bridgeport. He is also a frequent speaker/presenter in various seminars for attorneys, as well as an adjunct professor at the Philadelphia College of Textiles/Science.
