For Seminar Participants:

For Webinar Participants:
1. To test your connection the day before the event:

2. To enter the virtual room at 8:50 am (EST) (webinar location):
b. Enter as a guest: type in your name (Last Name, First Name)
c. Please note, you will need to record 6-8 passwords during the Webinar. At the conclusion of the event, you will need to enter the seminar passwords into question 4 of the course evaluation form below.

3. COMPLETE COURSE EVALUATION FORM AT THE CONCLUSION OF THE EVENT:

4. To comply with State Board regulations: Please note, you will need to record 6-8 passwords during the Webinar. At the conclusion of the event, you will need to enter the seminar passwords into question 4 of the course evaluation form (you will see this when you click on the course evaluation link). Once we receive your passwords and a completed evaluation survey, a copy of your certificate will be emailed to you in a few days. Please make sure you complete the survey at the conclusion of the event. In addition, you will also be expected to participate in any polls presented during the webcast.
