For Seminar Participants:

1. Seminar Location: Please arrive at 8:40 am (Morning coffee/snacks and lunch will be provided).

4. To comply with State Board regulations: Please note, you will need to record 6-8 passwords during the Webinar. At the conclusion of the event, you will need to enter the seminar passwords into question #4 of the course evaluation form (you will see this when you click on the course evaluation link). Once we receive your passwords and a completed evaluation survey, a copy of your certificate will be emailed to you in a few days. Please make sure you complete the survey at the conclusion of the event. In addition, you will also be expected to participate in any polls presented during the webcast.
